Reiki Awareness

I was wondering about the effectiveness of Kundalini Reiki, and so I decided that the only way to find out if it works is to try it on other people and get feedback. I channeled a distance sending to my friend in Canada last night. Her feedback said it was very strong and she felt it throughout her body. This is interesting because I did not change my hand positions, nor did I intend the energy to treat any certain body parts. I just held my hands still and intended to send the Reiki to her.

Tonight I gave first a distance treatment, and then hands-on to my mom. The distance treatment was in the same room with her. I called the energy, intended it go to her, and just held my hands still until I felt the energy stop flowing. My mom was in the same room as me, busily carrying on a conversation and washing some dishes. She had been complaining of hot flashes (hormonal symptoms). Suddenly, she turned around, faced me and said she felt cooler. She thanked me for the Reiki. I said it helps with balance. Later in the evening, I activated the energy and placed my hands where the manual says to for a hands-on treatment (the only place it says to put your hands) - her shoulders. I held them there. She said she felt the energy travelling down her arms and down her entire body. It felt warm, like a blood flow that she could feel.

I have had 2/9 attunements to Kundalini Reiki. The third one - the Master level - is next, and I’m looking forward to it. The 6 attunements that follow the Master level are so called “boosters” and amplify the energy from the first three attunements. I think I’m adjusting well to the new energy, and I’m happy to feel that it’s working. I’m doing another distance sending to my Canadian friend on Sunday night, to compare with the first one.

I feel a kind of hot tingle in my crown chakra. I think it’s just an energy adjustment - it’s not unpleasant.
